Facts and History

Currently, the Democratic Republic of the Congo is home to over 71 million people, and is found in Central Africa. Its area totals to 2.345 million square kilometres, with 77% being forests and woodlands. Although French is the official language, there are estimated to be as many as 242 languages spoken in the country.
